Transfer or sale of your data to partners

No. The Car Avenue Group does not resell or transfer your personal data to partners or third parties for commercial purposes.Only authorised staff in marketing, sales, customer relations, complaints, business development, administration and IT, and their line managers, have access to your data in the course of their duties.Our service providers and subcontractors may access your personal data only in the strict context of subcontracting a specific processing operation (for example: sending invitations). They are bound by adata processing agreement compliant with the GDPR and may not under any circumstances use your data for other purposes. They undertake to delete your data at the end of the service.

Data retention period

Contract data: For the duration of the contractual relationship

Commercial prospecting: 3 years from the last consented contact, or 10 years after the vehicle’s first date of registration

Applications: 2 years

Tax documents and accounting records: 10 years

Data related to litigation: Until all avenues of appeal are exhausted

Identity documents: For the applicable legal limitation periods
